Jerry A. Culp is a strategic executive leader with 38 years of experience spanning startups to global multinationals. He spent 30 years at Stryker Corporation where he ultimately served as Vice President & General Manager of the IMT and SGTC business units comprising almost 1000 R&D employees. Culp played a key role in leading Stryker’s entry into surgical robotics and overseeing the growth of their shared R&D center in India.

Culp earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University in 1986. He holds 29 US patents in medical technology. Culp is currently the board chair for the Kalamazoo Air and Space Museum and the board president of Stryke Force, a world championship winning FIRST Robotics organization. Additionally, he has served on the Engineering Advisory Council for the University of Michigan and held various advisory roles for commercial organizations. Culp is also an avid motorsports enthusiast with a passion for designing and driving race cars.
